The view from the Shard—the European Union’s tallest building—is one of the best in London;

and while most  ШУУД ҮЗЭХ visitors only

see it from the observation deck, guests of London’s Shangri-La Hotel, at the Shard, can enjoy a private view from the hotel’s exclusive new suite on Level 39 of the iconic skyscraper. The one-bedroom Shangri-La Suite is one of the largest in the city, at just over 2,000 square feet, and lets guests enjoy an expansive, 180-degree view of the River Thames and London Bridge from the living room.
 The designers Francesca Muzio and Maria Silvia Orlandini, cofounders of Italian design firm FM-Architettura d’Interni, outfitted the opulent suite with custom furniture, exquisite silk wallpaper, and a specially designed Shangri-La bed with 1,000-thread-count Frette linens. Stays at the Shangri-La Suite are available starting May 6, 2015 (approximately $15,000 per night, including breakfast for two). Guests come and go by a private elevator, and have access to a 24-hour personal butler service and private chauffeur service.

The Shangri-La Hotel, at the Shard, also welcomes two new Signature Suites on levels 37 and 38 that are smaller than the Shangri-La Suite (about 1,300 square feet), but still boast beautiful panoramic city views.
